When we found out that our Father probably wouldn't survive his illness, a feeling of helplessness swept over our family. But then we learned about hospice care. In-home hospice care not only provided treatment for Dad's pain and symptoms, but also brought peace, dignity and comfort to him and our whole family. With their help, we even got to take Dad to one more game. And those momements weren't just the last - they were some of the best.
